Order Processing and Shipping
Terrestrial Technologies (VoIPPabx.com) will make every attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Overnight and Second Day orders received before 4:00 PM EST will usually be shipped the same day, but our ability to process your order is subject to item availability, order volume, shipping restrictions and other circumstances and as such cannot be guaranteed. Terrestrial Technologies (VoIPPabx.com) may elect to have part or all of an order shipped directly from a manufacturer or distributor whose policies and shipping schedules may also impact delivery. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange for expedited shipping or to confirm our ability to meet your schedule.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you place your order online. If there are any miscalculations happened, we have the right to change it anytime. Shipping is a flat US $12 for the first item and US $7 per additional item to USA and Canada.

Returns and Refunds
Unopened or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 business days for refund. For all opened items there maybe a 35% restocking fee. The customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact Terrestrial Technologies (VoIPPabx.com) by phone or email for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Software Sales Final. All software sales are final.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation must be emailed to cancel@voippabx.com within 24 hours of the placement of the order. Cancellations placed after 24 hours or order has shipped may result in a 20% restocking fee.

Claims:
All merchandise leave our warehouse in good condition. The risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to buyer as soon as such goods are picked up by carrier for delivery to buyer. Buyer should therefore inspect all packages for damages before signing delivery receipt. Claims should be filed immediately with the carrier for merchandise damaged in transit.

International Orders
Terrestrial Technologies (VoIPPabx.com) welcomes our International customers, but due to the associated credit risk and shipping complexity we reserve the right to decline any International order for any reason. We also reserve the right to request payment via bank wire transfer for orders where credit card payment cannot be verified. Because rates vary dramatically and change often, Terrestrial Technologies (VoIPPabx.com) shopping cart cannot always calculate International shipping costs automatically. In these cases, please contact us by phone or email to arrange a shipping method. International customers are solely responsible for handling all import procedures and processing as well as any duties, taxes, agent fees and other costs.
